This morning I had a flat tire and I went in to Discount Tire in Redmond and I am so glad I did! A staff came out to greet me and check on my flat tire. He said it looks like a simple repair and will be done in 30 mins. After about 15 mins it was good to go! And to my biggest surprise, it was FREE of charge as part of their exceptional service!! Amazing!!! I am grateful indeed! Thank you Discount Tire 😘

These guys can do tires no problem, love them for that. But customer service was lacking this time around. Guys ended breaking 2 of 4 center caps on my Fuel wheels. No problem they said they will order 4 for me... great thank you! Ordered the incorrect ones and never called once they came in. I called in 10 days later, yep they are here. Go in wrong ones, they had my broken ones with the part # since day 1 to order the correct ones. 5 trips to the store all in all to get tires and the correct center caps back in my possesion. I had to give them 1 of my old good caps to "get the correct ones ordered". Show up to get 4 new correct caps and my 1 good old one. Gave me 4 new and 1 broken 1 back, couldnt find the one i gave them... to many different people involved in this process. They are just some center caps guys, took 4 weeks total... thanks for the tires i wanted but after spending $2350 customer service was lacking.

Honestly I have only had good experiences at this location ..reason for the 5 start review. The staff has gone above and beyond to help. I feel like the prices are pretty fair. I do avoid the extra fancy or expensive tires. I went in recently to get the tires filled and asked of they could check the tire sensors. As the last time they were rotated the sensors we not re learned right. They kind checked and discovered that two of the 4 tire sensors were dead. I didn't have to get it fixed with them but I did because they gave me an excellent price far better than the dealership and they got me in that day. In less than an hour I was on my way. I felt looked after and I am very pleased with their service both this time and past years we have gone there. I am sure everyone has varied experience. But I think you ask questions. Request transparency abd know what you want when you go in should be a good experience..other than you might have to wait longer times during peak hours.

I arrived at your location about three hours earlier, around 2:00 PM, due to a flat tire. The issue was not severe, but the tire was slowly losing air and required repair. One of your managers spoke with me for approximately 20 minutes. I asked whether you had a tire in my size; he checked and confirmed that you did not. However, he assured me that the tire could be repaired and estimated the wait time to be 2–2.5 hours. Based on that information, I agreed to proceed and handed over my car keys. After three hours, around 5:00 PM, I returned to the counter and was told that my vehicle was almost at the end of the queue and that they were unsure whether it would be repaired that day at all. This was shocking, as the promised timeframe had already passed. I explained that I needed to get home, as I live in Renton and had been working in Duvall, and I came specifically to your Redmond location based on a recommendation from one of my clients. I expressed my disappointment with the service and stated that I was willing to pay for the repair or even purchase a single tire. I was told that payment would not change anything and that no tire in my size was available. At that point, I was si

I have been a satisfied loyal Discount Tire customer for 13 years, without any problems. I have trusted them with servicing my wheels and tires, which safety on the road of everyone directly depends upon. Two months ago this drastically changed over a dispute of damage that his location caused to the all four of my alloy wheels. I drive a limited edition Toyota, which I hand wash. All four wheel cores of my wheels were scratched. My driver's side front door has a nine inch long dent on the edge. The underhanded, irresponsible, unprofessional, incompetent manager promised to have the repair taken care of verbally, then sent in a disputed claim to their third party claims department. The regional office which is also in Redmond Washington, is no better, neither is their executive customer care. I have sent many customers to this business because I was satisfied with the professional service and after sales service. All that changed with this one mismanaged claim of a few thousand dollars, which is not going to make Discount Tire any richer, neither is it going to.make me any poorer by the grace of the universe. It sure does open ones eyes, to see how customer retention based on bran
